About the Event

On February 21, 2025, the Asian Culinary Campus (ACC) will be officially inaugurated, accompanied by a high-profile industry forum and dinner reception. Hosted by ACAI (Asian Culinary and Arts Institute) in collaboration with the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Asian Chef Alliance (ACA), this event aims to strengthen the influence of Asian cuisine in North America and foster industry cooperation.

The event will feature an exclusive visit to The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), attended by ACF, ACA, and Chinese-American community leaders. In the evening, a business forum and banquet at Fortune Palace Banquet Hall will bring together top industry leaders and a delegation of Chinese restaurant executives organized by the U.S. Embassy in China’s Commercial Section to explore collaboration opportunities.
